Terms of Service for ABZ Game

Your access to and use of the ABZ Game (the "App") is subject to these Terms of Service. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Use

The ABZ Game is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for any unlawful purposes. You may not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App or the servers or networks connected to the App. Additionally, you must not forge screenshots or engage in slanderous activities using the App, including using profanity or restricted words.

2. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property associated with the ABZ Game, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and the overall design, are owned by me and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute the content without my permission.

3. Account Responsibilities

The ABZ Game is an anonymous app. No user account creation is required, and no personal information is collected.

4. Content Provided by Users

The ABZ Game does not allow users to post or share any content within the app. You are prohibited from uploading or sharing any content that could be offensive, harmful, or illegal.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may display advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use information in accordance with their own privacy policy, which you can review on their website. No other third-party services are integrated into the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the ABZ Game, including but not limited to any errors, omissions, or downtime in the app. You use the app at your own risk.

7. Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the ABZ Game at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled under Austrian law.

9. Changes to the Terms

I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be logged, and you will be notified of updates. Continued use of the ABZ Game after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
